The Baseline Annual Panel is a general health assessment designed to evaluate overall wellness, organ function, metabolic health, and cardiovascular risk. This panel combines core preventive lab markers commonly ordered during an annual physical to provide a broad snapshot of internal health. The panel is commonly ordered for routine yearly screening, establishing baseline lab values, monitoring ongoing health conditions, or proactively tracking metabolic and cardiovascular risk factors.
This panel includes two diagnostic panels and three individual tests:
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)
Lipid Panel (Total Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL Cholesterol, LDL Cholesterol and Cholesterol/HDL Ratio)

These markers provide deeper insight into cardiovascular risk, vitamin deficiencies, and metabolic function that may not be detected through basic annual screening alone.
This panel is commonly ordered for individuals seeking more comprehensive preventive health screening, identifying potential nutrient deficiencies, monitoring inflammation, and gaining additional insight into metabolic and cardiovascular risk factors.
This panel includes the Baseline Annual Panel plus six additional tests:
Vitamin D test (25-OH Vitamin D)

This panel is commonly ordered to assess vitamin and mineral levels, identify potential nutrient deficiencies, support wellness optimization, and guide dietary or supplementation strategies.
This panel includes two diagnostic panels and five micronutrient tests:
Vitamin B12 and Folate panel

Schedule Your Appointment
Walk-in’s are welcome, however we cannot guarantee immediate testing. We encourage scheduling your appointment at least 1 day in advance.
About Us
Baseline Bloodwork was created with the simple goal of making lab testing more accessible and convenient for our community by offering an alternative to large, conventional testing facilities with a more personalized experience.
Astonishingly, over half of Americans are deficient in iron, vitamin B12, or vitamin D — and most don’t even know it. These deficiencies can affect everything from energy and mood to immune strength and metabolic health. Understanding your numbers empowers you to make informed decisions about your wellbeing.
We believe that having clear, routine baseline bloodwork is one of the most important steps in taking a proactive approach to wellness, performance, and long-term health.
As they say, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are welcome, if space allows. We encourage scheduling your appointment at least 1 day in advance.
Do you take Insurance?

How long does a blood draw take?
The entire appointment is typically 15-20 minutes.
When will I get my results?

How long must I fast? What can I eat or drink?
If your test requires fasting, you are required to fast for 8 hours prior to the test. Fasting means no food or drinks except for water.
If I have questions about my results, who should I contact?
Our team will email the results and flag any irregular values. We recommend you share your results with your primary healthcare provider for any follow up.
